Its a good package. Health insurance is good compared to others, time off could be better since employees are required to use their PTO for forced company shutdowns.
We have no idea how our customers view the company. We don't ask them. And when we do hear feedback, we can't react to it because any changes needed to improve the experience are delayed due to other internal projects.
They need to hire external in progressive areas like IT and Marketing. Hiring from within (people with the company for 20+ years) only perpetuates the massive challenges the company will continue to face. Recognize that only engineering and sales drive the company. Invest in marketing and IT.
The company needs to start living their values: Work Hard, Play Hard, Move Fast. Its one thing to say you live those values, its completely different to actually live them. Hire more so people dont need to work weekends, stop offering off the books PTO when people can't even take their earned PTO
