Local leadership at the office level is good, not so much at the district level
It is positive because everyone knows you get as much out of it as you put into it
Too little support for a new employee; 'discrimination' by the senior employees who make sure they take the better paying customers
Ridiculously low. Ten dollars an hour after having to pass a rigorous (federal) exam, which is what I would earn at McDonalds
Most team members are helpful and work together well. As in any office, there are some who do not fit that profile and hog the best clients
