What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety and quality is paramount. They would rather ten perfect cases get shipped out all night rather than ten thousand mediocre products being hastily created and shipped. Here at Colgate employees are valued and very well compensated for their time and effort Employees are valued as assets.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt extremely blessed to possibly be given the opportunity to grow and prosper with an outstanding company. Not just a job...a career with endless possibilities. I was so very nervous knowing the chance to attain the goal I'd set had came to fruition and it was time to prove my worth.
What makes you most happy at work?
18 months ago I set a goal of joining the Colgate family, and everyday I prove my value through hard work and being extremely observant so I am fast on my feet and ready for any issue. I take great pride knowing I am professionally trained to solve any issue from creation to shipping
