Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is approachable regardless of their position in the company.
They have the users of our product as a central focus of what the company does, and the community as a guide for how we act.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading! They need to stop dropping the ball, and learn how to follow through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries are fairly competitive. However, raises are generally below rate of inflation and the opportunities for advancement are minimal because they tend to hire from outside. When you start you feel are compensated well, but the longer you stay, the more you fall behind the market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that there should be more talent based merit or merit based on contributions to success and not just payment that enforces the status quo.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse culture and come from many countries. We interact with our resources around the globe so the opportunity to expand my global view and challenge what I know is a great asset.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn how to be accountable. I found my coworkers like to place blame on other individuals or departments. And they also need to learn how to work better with diverse individuals. They try to be advanced in diversity learnings, but their program is a joke.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what your role is within the company you can see how what you do effects or impacts the people that need or use the products that we make. it is a powerful thing to know and makes you want to do your job well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I think this really varies by position and by the person or person conducting the interview. Some are very formal, some are not. Some are face to face and some are not. This variance gives an insight into the different views within the company

Competent colleagues and nice boss
I love my customers. The people that use or products, the people that are impacted by our products, our story.
