The CEO, Chris Rogers, has a lot of integrity. He was a great man to work for. He really values each and every employee, and that came through very regularly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall pay was excellent and I appreciated insurance. No equity or 401k matching, but that wasn't surprising in a small company. Overall the compensation package was great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
4) There's a strong company culture, and we did things like snowboarding and rafting trips together (those were paused during COVID of course).

What did you like most about the interview process?
Essentially the CEO really wanted to make sure that the company was a good fit for me and vice versa; he wanted a win-win relationship, not just someone to fill a gap. Bear in mind I was hired 6 years ago; I think the company culture is still like this, but I want to be honest about timeframe.
