Peter M. McCormick — President of Magnetek at Columbus McKinnon Corporation

Mr. Peter M. McCormick has been the President of Magnetek Inc., at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since November 1, 2008. Mr. McCormick joined Columbus McKinnon in 2015 with the acquisition of Magnetek. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Magnetek Inc. since November 1, 2008. Mr. McCormick served as the Chief Operating Officer of Magnetek Inc. from November 6, 2006 to October 2008. Mr. McCormick served as an Executive Vice President of Magnetek Inc. from 2002 to October 2008. Mr. McCormick served as President and General Manager of Power Control Systems Group of Magnetek Inc. from 2002 to November 2006. Mr. McCormick served as an Executive Vice President of Magnetek's Power Systems Group from 2002 to 2006. Mr. McCormick served as an Executive Vice President, Industrial Controls of Magnetek Inc. since July 2002 and Magnetek Power Electronics Group. Mr. McCormick served as Vice President of Industrial Controls business division at Magnetek Inc. since July 2002 and President of Industrial Controls from November 1999 to July 2002. Mr. McCormick joined Magnetek in 1993. Mr. McCormick joined Magnetek from Square-D Corporation, a diversified electrical manufacturing and supply company, where he held increasingly responsible management positions in engineering, marketing and business development from 1984 to 1993. Mr. McCormick served as Vice President of Operations for the drives group from September 1998 to November 1999 and Vice President of Custom Products Business Group from June 1996 to September 1998. He served as a Director of Magnetek Inc. since August 4, 2011. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, with minors in Computer Science and Power and Control Systems.
