What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so smart. They value and respect their team. A real life example we have team members in other countries. The CEO expressed how we need to be respectful of their time because they are working hours that are not within normal working hours.
All executives are open and supportive to new ideas
The team is all about empowering the employees to do what's best for the business.
Column6 is a group of people that really know how to dig in and accomplish the goals that are set before them. Very likely the most concentrated group of ad tech vets at one company in the space

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by key decision makers. They valued making sure we'd all make a good fit.
You speak with everyone on your team and they allow you to ask any questions back. Very conversation interviews
Asking of real queations and not fluff. Making sure that each person is a cultural fit.
