What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable. Unlike many fortune 100 and 500 companies in my past, this company engages across all levels.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and bonus is often on the lower side of competitive for the area. No ESP which is unfortunate and no vesting. Limited 401K match.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team focuses on cultural factors which allows real talk to happen. I appreciate that the team is respectful in disagreements.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being open-minded to new ideas and opinions
People are generally smiling, management talks to employees and there is "life" to the office which is nice.

Having a incredible team to achieve goals together
The ability to bring new ideas, search out solutions and provide business cases for investment into the business is great. I love that there is an appetite to improve the business and customer experience with us.
