Command Alkon has been a great place to work until recently.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The best part was feeling very welcomed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication; Communication from the leadership does not exist.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Currently, everyone is on pins and needles just waiting for the next round of layoffs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My co-workers are amazing and really do support each other. They are fun to be around.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Leadership team makes decisions and changes, but does not communicate the changes or reasons behind the changes.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was very easy. Started with a phone screen, then onsite. Then after the onsite followed by another onsite.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This is a hard one to answer. Currently, I feel there is no Culture right now. It is a culture of silence.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Diversity! Currently the entire executive leadership team is all white males with one white female. Overall, less than 1% of the company is minority.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Before Thoma Bravo acquired Command Alkon, the team I worked with was amazing. Due to layoffs, our team has been reduced and workloads have now doubled.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Current benefits are being cut due to the take over by Thoma Bravo. 401k match is being reduced and H.S.A employer contribution will stop on 1/1/2021.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I used to be excited to go to work everyday, but since Thoma Bravo has acquired Command Alkon, morale is in the tank. Everyone is on pins and needles waiting for the next round of layoffs.
