Realistic goal expectations that accurately represent what each team is capable of. This company sets unrealistic expectations which creates a high stress work environment for their employees to never achieve goals.
My direct team is great and super easy to work with, my supervisor is completely disconnected from the rest of the team and impossible to have an honest and realistic conversation with.
Upper management needs to learn how to take the "accountability" that they constantly preach to their employees to take on. No one is willing to analyze themselves when they see a negative situation. Losing three employees in one branch in 6 weeks shows that something is wrong.
Too many unrealistic expectations. Have to be "high on the mood elevator", selling products, and exceeding goals at all times to be considered successful with this company. Also ensure that if you feel any ounce of difference of opinions to not express that, you will be singled out.
