With the new CEO in 2017, the executive team is expanding to include lots of new people with good experience in precision medicine.

Providing constructive feedback to team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was lucky enough to get a stock grant when the stock was $30.

Competitive Bay Area salaries, bonus, equity, benefits are much improved in 2018 and on par with standard tech offerings.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team of smart, dedicated people dedicated to making precision medicine a reality and improving the lives of cancer patients. Not the crazy startup atmosphere that some may hear about in the Bay Area - more respectful of our mission.
