They are hands off type managers and always there if you have any questions.

Treat their Levy Restaurants hourly workers like nothing.

Team meeting during the interview will help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy and giving them quality service. Zero safety incidents.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat your hourly worker nice. Show them you really care about low-income people. Especially during COVID-19 time, they just brushed off their hourly workers.
