Very quick - if they like you, they make an offer. No long, drawn out process.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Comp is competitive with market rates. Benefits are decent, could be better, but work/life balance and hybrid schedule balance it out

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open door policy, open to hearing ideas and debates. Leadership wants to engage all employees (often tough in a company this size)
