What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp is competitive with market rates. Benefits are decent, could be better, but work/life balance and hybrid schedule balance it out
I did my research and gave specifics to what I was looking to add to my comps package. CGS leadership agreed and I received everything I asked for. - The key is to be prepared and know what you are asking for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload, operational pressure, and level of responsibility often exceeded the support structures, staffing, benefits, and work-life balance provided in return. More competitive PTO policies, stronger employee support, and sustainable staffing would improve retention and morale.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite the operational challenges, many coworkers and external partners were collaborative, hardworking, and genuinely committed to producing strong work under difficult circumstances. Teams often supported one another through high-pressure projects and shifting priorities.
