Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a demanding job, but you will always be busy and the days fly by. More $$$ would be nice for the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i dont feel office politics and people trying to get eachother into trouble. In fact, my teammates try to cover for me when i need help
For the most part capable individuals and little drama
people that care, and fun
