Emmanuel O. Nyakako — Senior Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at ConforMIS

Mr. Emmanuel O. Nyakako, also known as Manny, has been Senior Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at ConforMIS, Inc since March 2017. Prior to joining ConforMIS, Inc, Mr. Nyakako managed his QA/RA consulting company between July 2016 and March 2017. Mr. Nyakako served as Senior Vice President of Global Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Zimmer Inc. since September 2012 and Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Nyakako served as Corporate Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Hologic Inc., between April 2015 and July 2017. Mr. Nyakako served as the Global Quality, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs executive leadership position at Zimmer for two years. Mr. Nyakako has an extensive experience managing quality, regulatory and compliance in healthcare and medical device manufacturing organizations. He served as Vice President of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Flextronics International Ltd. in the highly regulated Medical, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense business unit. Prior to that, Mr. Nyakako served as Vice President of Global Regulatory and Quality Affairs for FlexMedical division. He served Quality and Regulatory Affairs leadership positions at Nypro, Coltene-Weldant, Johnson & Johnson and Biomet. He holds a Master's Degree from Montclair State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a diploma in mechanical engineering from Nairobi, Kenya. In addition, Mr. Nyakako is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
