Mr. Paul S. Weiner, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of ConforMIS, Inc. since April 2014. Mr. Weiner has been the Chief Financial Officer of Palomar Medical Technologies Inc. since October 23, 2002 and has been its Treasurer since August 1995. Mr. Weiner is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury functions, cash management, investor relations, risk management, strategic planning, human resources, facilities and administration. He served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Palomar Medical Technologies Inc. from August 1995 to October 2002 and Chief Financial Officer at Hygienetics, Inc. from 1989 to 1994. He served in public accounting for Ernst & Young and Wolf & Company from 1986 to 1989. He serves as a member of the Financial Executive Institute, the National Investor Relations Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Weiner has a B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University.
