Mr. Daniel S. Jonas, Esq., has been Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs of Conmed Corporation since March 2013 and its General Counsel since joining in August 1998. Mr. Jonas served as Vice President of Legal Affairs of Conmed Corporation since March 1999. In September 1999, Mr. Jonas assumed responsibility for certain of Conmed Corp.'s Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. In March 2003, he also became responsible for the administration of Conmed Corp.'s ethics policy. Prior to his employment with Conmed Corp., Mr. Jonas was a Partner with the law firm of Harter, Secrest & Emery, LLP in Syracuse from January 1998 to August 1998, having joined it as an Associate Attorney in 1995. Prior to that, Mr. Jonas was an Associate Attorney at Miller, Alfano & Raspanti, PC in Philadelphia from 1992 to 1995 as well as an Adjunct Professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Jonas holds an AB degree from Brown University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
