What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do enjoy the weekly pay! As well as the benefits included. Hoping the commission will get better in time as the company grows.

I'd likely say a combination of the health plan/HSA (full premium paid by connectRN/HSA contribution from company is great) as well as 401k.
