Working for a period of more than +-10yrs without being permanently employed or registered, being treated unfairly as an employee. The company should practice fair labor and stop being corrupt and nepotism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employee relations and team work should be improved, Nepotism and corruption should be stopped ( Getting hired because one of your family it's a permanent employee, Paying bribes for particular vacant positions, Undervaluing employees according to the their level of educational qualifications.

Fair Labour practices needs to change for the better and employee importance needs to be recognized and valued.

Should be fair in terms of who is shortlisted for interview opportunity and they should stop giving out answers to interviewees prior to interview processes. Interviewers should give feedback to interviewees on where to improve if failed the job interview.
