Being a leader. The manager doesn't really take charge of the company branch to make it run smoothly
There needs to be better communication and follow through with what needs to be done and less arguing about it
There is to much arguing between one of the team members and the manager. It becomes a tense environment and not a fun place to work
the pay rate is lower because profit sharing is supposed to compensate for it but the profit sharing hasn't been enough to do that since I've been here
There is no comparable communication of follow through so things tend to fall through the cracks and our customers are the ones suffering so they tend to go elsewhere for the product. If everyone would work together and not argue, thing would get better
