What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get what I need and am able to pay my bills with left over for life. That works for me
profit sharing is a nice perk
the pay rate is lower because profit sharing is supposed to compensate for it but the profit sharing hasn't been enough to do that since I've been here
Profit Sharing is a good incentive.

we work together well and are efficient
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's as positive as you make it. Do your job and interact with the customers cordially/friendly and the day goes by in a positive flurry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was comfortable and low pressure. I didn't feel like I was on trial
It was honest and relaxed with just the manager and myself
