Constellation offers great non cash benefits

It is closely aligned to market data

We have above average bonus compensation and access to some equity grant opportunities.

Bonus is fair and has a performance component.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation that was competitive for the industry as a manufacturing manager. Benefits that encouraged family time and cost savings. Overall, compensation and benefits need to be increased while work load needs to be decreased. We are far from sustainable with our turnover rate/open positions.
