Mr. David Eric Klein has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Constellation Brands, Inc. since June 12, 2015. Mr. Klein served as the Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Europe (alternate name: Accolade Wines Limited) since March 1, 2007. He joined Accolade in 2004 after working at a variety of public and private companies in finance, accounting, operating and mergers and acquisitions positions. He served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Constellation Brands, Inc. from April 2009 to June 12, 2015 and served as its Controller since October 2013 until July 2014. From September 2004 to March 2009, he served as a Vice President of Business Development of Constellation Europe, for Constellation Brands, Inc. He was responsible for the quantitative management of risk, improving company-wide cash flow generation and the management of capital structure. His previous contributions at Constellation Brands include lead roles in several international acquisitions and divestitures, as well as conceptualizing and executing Constellation's United Kingdom distribution joint venture. Prior to Constellation Brands, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Montana Mills Bread Co., Inc., where he was involved with the transition from private to public company status and the subsequent sale of Montana Mills to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. He has been a Director of Nobilo Holdings since June 24, 2015. He served as a Director of Document Security Systems, Inc. from June 2013 to October 31, 2014. He served as a Director of DSS Technology Management, Inc. since June 14, 2012. Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA from SUNY Buffalo.
