Lisa Marceau Schnorr — Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and Corporate Controller at Constellation Brands

Ms. Lisa M. Schnorr has been Senior Vice President of Total Rewards of Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) since January 2014 and has been its Corporate Controller since July 2015. Ms. Schnorr joined Constellation Brands in May 2004 as Director of Investor Relations and has held a number of leadership positions since that time, including Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Wines Australia, a former division of Constellation Brands from January 2009 to December 2009, Vice President, JV Business Development from January 2010 to April 2011 and Vice President, Compensation & HRIS from May 2011 to January 2014. Prior to joining Constellation Brands, Ms. Schnorr was Director of Investor Relations at Choice One Communications, Inc. and held various positions with Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, including in investor relations, corporate accounting and reporting and financial planning and analysis. She served as Director of Corporate Communications and Director of Investor Relations at One Communications Corp. Ms. Schnorr began her career at Price Waterhouse, a predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has been an Independent Director of Graham Corporation since 2014. Ms. Schnorr serves on the Board of Directors of the Oswego Alumni Association. Ms. Schnorr received her B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
