What is the best part about your compensation package?
Matching 401k and health benefits
Health insurance is cost effective.
Maternity/paternity benefits are excellent (16 weeks maternity, 8 weeks paternity) paid holidays and 15 days vacation to start.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is rooted in inclusion and diversity. Everyone's opinion is valued.
Work load is steady but not overwhelming. Management team is supportive and willing to listen to make work more efficient and effrctive
Constellation is a very inclusive and diverse company to work for. They make sure everyone is included and value options of the employees

What did you like most about the interview process?
They have managers from different teams included in the process
Straight forward approach with little stray from topics. Did not feel overly pressured
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Communication on how long the hiring process is and all the steps that are included
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering refueling outages and working with other work groups.
