Com mais de 100 mil colaboradores por toda a América, o Grupo Falabella possui atuação com suas marcas em 7 países: Chile, Argentina, Peru, Uruguai, Brasil, Colômbia e México. No Brasil, sua história começou em 2013, quando a rede de lojas Dicico foi adquirida, iniciando o processo de associação com outra importante bandeira da Falabella, a maior loja de materiais para construção da América Latina: A Sodimac. Com a associação, o Grupo Falabella incorporou a maior empresa de varejo de material para construção do Brasil em número de lojas (53) e uma das maiores em vendas (Dicico). A partir do dia 10 de Junho de 2015, iniciaria além da expectativa de um futuro de expansão da bandeira Dicico, a chegada da marca Sodimac ao Brasil.
