I love that they are compassionate and empathetic.
The communication from the leadership team is constant, making sure we are all on the same page across the board.

To be more in line w/ market and high performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, kind, genuine, low ego.
The team is beyond helpful, there is no feeling of hesitation when asking a question. Everyone is very knowledgeable and works together well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration and genuine people who are passionate about building this company.
Convenes culture is far and few between. From thorough training and meaningful on boarding to generous time off, and a very supportive team environment; the list is ongoing but those are some of my favorite parts of the culture here.
