Fantastic people that are focused on customers (for the most part), but leadership doesnt seem to care.

They generally care and are helpful across the nation

Employ good quality engineers. Provide better support to apprentices. Train managers to lead and learn to follow

More consultation, better safety, incentives , better benifits and salary and pension
