Dr. Glenn M. Parker, M.d., founded Convey Health Solutions, Inc. in 2003 and serves as its Chief Medical Officer and also served as its Chief Executive Officer since August 31, 2004. Dr. Parker served as Chief Executive Officer of Millstream Acquisition Corporation. Prior to August 31, 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a preferred member representative of NationsHealth Holdings since its formation. From September 1996 to October 1998, he practiced as a physician at Sussman, Staller and Parker. In October 1998, he founded ParkStone Medical Information Systems, Inc., where he served as Chief Executive Officer until June 2000. In July 2001, Dr. Parker founded US Pharmaceutical Group, L.L.C. with Robert Gregg and Lewis P. Stone. He has been a Director of Nationshealth Inc., since August 2004. He served as Director of Millstream Acquisition Corporation since August 2004. Dr. Parker received a B.S. from the University of Florida in 1986 and an M.D. from the New York Medical College in 1993. He is licensed as a Medical Doctor by the Florida Department of Health.
