Prior to founding Cook, Wayne served as the CIO of First Tennessee Bank, then worked with several leading IT solutions and services providers, successfully negotiating multiple solutions for clients across a spectrum of needs. With more than 40 years of experience in the IT industry, Wayne’s expertise and vision are important elements fueling the future of the organization.
