What do you like best about the leadership team?
Work hard to advocate for what is best for Customer's & Employee's. Not always an easy balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people fairly. Stop hiring based on friendships. Compensation needs to be examined closely
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are many tangible and intangible "benefits", ranging from an excellent health benefit program to company team building activities and monthly birthday celebrations.
Fair salary for the market, the benefit plan is excellent, bonuses are fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below industry standard, and criteria for raises and promotion are vague.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody works hard and takes their job seriously but still finds time to laugh and share stories about their lives outside of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Majority of staff are skilled hard workers. They need to be given the freedom to perform to their best potential. Stop roadblocking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to socialize with the same people from my race
Leadership makes an effort to encourage team building events
Fast pace and in growing rapidly! Has not been without it's challenges but everybody is working hard to help do their part to make the company successful!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If you're not part of the inner circle / Yes crowd, then you're frequently undermined, and worried about job security
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Hr was very pleasant
Very upfront about current and future state of the company.

When the extra effort put in is recognized and appreciated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The executive team needs to be shaken up. Best move would be to bring in a new CEO to drive the company down the right path.
