She served as Vice President, Legal Affairs of Cooper Companies Inc. from March 1996 to January 26, 2005. From January 1989 to September 1995, She served as Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of Cooper Development Co. She served as Vice President and Treasurer of Cooper Development Co., from July 1988 to September 1988. She previously held a variety of financial positions with Cooper Laboratories, Inc. since 1971. She served as Lead Independent Director of Insperity, Inc. from May 2014 to August 25, 2015 and as has been its Director since November 1, 2013. Ms. Kaufmann has been an Independent Director of Chindex International Inc. since November 2000. She has been Director of ORIGIO a/s since August 2012 and serves as its Member of Supervisory Board.
