Health care is very competitive compared to other like size companies and other industries.
Salary is fair. bonus plan is a running joke with employees

Treat us like humans not robots, if they can’t do the job don’t push everyone else to a breaking point to do something they can’t and call us peons because we can?

They show up. No one has time to help anyone because we are all over whelmed , and getting more jobs added to us daily that are unsafe and not even in our job description

Well it changed drastically over the years. Used to be the ways in which the company gave back to its people.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Look at the ones running it into the ground. Let people have the time to do there jobs properly and safely. Let people on the floor actually get time to spend with there families insted of working 12.5 hrs every single days while shelves and storage units r over packed with production
