Mr. Peter H. Coors, also known as Pete, serves as chief customer relations officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company. Mr. Coors served as Vice Chairman of the Board at Adolph Coors Company, the predecessor company to Molson Coors from 2002 to 2005 and Chief Executive Officer from May 2000 to July 2002. Mr. Coors served as Chief Executive Officer of Coors Brewing Company from December 1992 to May 2000. He served as Vice President of Molson Coors Brewing Co from 1993 to 2000. Prior to 1993, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chairman of the brewing division, before it was organized as CBC and served as an Interim Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of ACC from December 1993 to February 1995. Since joining Molson Coors Brewing Company in 1971, he has served in a number of different executive and management positions for Adolph Coors Company, Coors Brewing Company and Molson Coors. He served as President of Adolph Coors Company. He served as Executive Officer of U.S. Bancorp. He served as National President and Chairman of Ducks Unlimited. He has been Chairman of Millercoors LLC and Coors Brewing Company since July 2008 and 2002 respectively. He has been Chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company since November 11, 2017. He served as Chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company from 2002 to February 2005, from December 29, 2008 to May 2011 and also from May 2013 to June 03, 2015. He served as Vice-Chairman of the Board at Molson Coors Brewing Company since May 2015 until November 11, 2017. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Molson Coors Brewing Company from February 2005 to December 2008. He has been a Director of Molson Coors Brewing Company since February 2005 and Coors Brewing Company since 1973. He has been a Director of Energy Corporation of America, Inc. since March 1996. He serves as a Director of Adolph Coors Foundation. He serves as Trustee of Adolph Coors Company, LLC and the Adolph Coors, Jr. Trust (Coors Trust). He was a Director of U.S. Bancorp from March 1996 to September 30, 2008 and served as its Lead Director and presiding director. He also served as Director of H.J. Heinz Company and served as its Independent Director from 2001 to September 11, 2006. Mr. Coors is a Trustee and member of the executive board of the Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the executive committee for the National Western Stock Show Association. He is also a member of the International Chapter of Young President' Organization, a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Denver's Daniels School of Business and a Trustee for the Adolph Coors Foundation, Grocery Manufacturers Association, Castle Rock Foundation, Seeds of Hope Foundation and University Of Colorado Hospital Authority. He is a recognized leader in the beer industry and provides a strong perspective, leadership and expertise in the U.S. beer business. Mr. Coors received his BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in 1969 and he earned his Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1970. He also received honorary doctorates from Regis University in 1991, Wilberforce University in 1992 and Johnson & Wales University in 1997.
