The work is challenging and should have a much better health insurance and time off

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lack of a supervisor or team leader in order to achieve the daily goals and distribute the work fairly

The interview process was detailed and they were honest about the fast-paced activities at the office. The interviewers were pleasant.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leadership team try to make a bridge with the community and be inclusive of all making even the orientation fun

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The interaction with the patients that need the services and feeling you are helping. The company wants to include all employees in activities and make sure everyone feels part of the team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication and the need for a direct supervisor in order to restore fairness and equal distribution of tasks. The manager is not always on-site and the staff is left to decide among themselves the distribution of daily tasks, creating resentment and a passive-aggressive environment.
