What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is available and inspiring.
They really support you to do better and better.
They truly care about the mission of the Company and the employees.

My leadership team try to make a bridge with the community and be inclusive of all making even the orientation fun
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, improve healthy and positive work environments and realistic expectations without company retaliation.

The bottom line was at the expense of the employees and the patient. I would never send someone I know here because it is the fast food of physical therapy and major changes need to occur to make it a quality business for the patient and the clinician.

Unrealistic expectations affecting employees and patient care
The work is challenging and should have a much better health insurance and time off
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other like family, we care about each one.
Their willingness to work together and collaborate to solve problems. They don't let their egos get in the way of continually trying to improve and solve complex issues.
The willingness to help whenever needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication and the need for a direct supervisor in order to restore fairness and equal distribution of tasks. The manager is not always on-site and the staff is left to decide among themselves the distribution of daily tasks, creating resentment and a passive-aggressive environment.

Front desk and therapists are friendly

She was very professional and at the same time warm, that was wonderful.
