The bottom line was at the expense of the employees and the patient. I would never send someone I know here because it is the fast food of physical therapy and major changes need to occur to make it a quality business for the patient and the clinician.

Their willingness to work together and collaborate to solve problems. They don't let their egos get in the way of continually trying to improve and solve complex issues.
The willingness to help whenever needed
Better communication and the need for a direct supervisor in order to restore fairness and equal distribution of tasks. The manager is not always on-site and the staff is left to decide among themselves the distribution of daily tasks, creating resentment and a passive-aggressive environment.
