Has been a great experience thus far. Have had opportunities to grow, even moved to different departments putting me in a role that best utilizes my skills regardless of education. Management was engaged in my growth and encourages me to push myself.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very positive. The Company seems genuinely interested in their employees. The Company has a highly ethical and service oriented culture that focuses on their patients, employees and referral sources.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The bottom line was at the expense of the employees and the patient. I would never send someone I know here because it is the fast food of physical therapy and major changes need to occur to make it a quality business for the patient and the clinician.
