Better pay for enrollments. The process is so long and then when you get it through its not much for all that work.

Everyone supports one another and helps each other.

Sticking with decisions once they are made, empower team members to make decisions

Fire senior leadership and search for indivduals vested in growth, who truly care about tje individuals in tjeir departments, not just what can benefit them as an individual.
