- What do you like best about the leadership team?They constantly support you and guide you throughout your entire time working with them. They like to see when employees have drive and will push and support you to get to the next level, whether that's being promoted to another position or in the one you currently hold.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We give everyone a voice and allow everyone to share ideas. There are literally no dumb ideas. If there is an idea shared that doesn't quite work or fit, we work together to see how we can make it fit, or we come up with qualities that we are looking for and go back to think about and look for more.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Leadership wants you to strive to be promoted, or to make more and contribute more to the company, so they encourage and push you to do/be your best. There is constant praise for efficient and effective work and I believe that we could actually be friends outside of work.
