What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they need to listen to employees better as well communicate more effectively with the support teams without needlessly giving them hours and hours of meetinga

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

real complaints that employees have about the company are ignored or pushed back for years. people that deserved more support were not shown support or given promotions for fantastic work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the culture of the support staff 'class' that I was in was great. We got along well and were supportive of each other. This was not seen from the executive team.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

they bring candidates in for an extensive interview process that is really only for the ceo and hr and have so many people come in to talk to interviewees that are unnecessary to the position

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

part of compensation was based on quarterly bonuses that were not guaranteed, yet they felt that was enough to vastly underpay many of the support staff. get rid of the quarterly bonuses and pay support staff a fairer salary.

What are some of the best things about your team?

my 'class' of coworkers (all hired at the same time) were incredibly smart and we worked with what little space we had, but we were underutilized or told that the work we were doing wasn't of importance to the company when it assisted the company overall greatly.
