Brian J. Radecki — Executive Vice President at CoStar Group

Mr. Brian J. Radecki has been an Executive Vice President of CoStar Group Inc. since August 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2007 until August 2015 and also served as its Treasurer. Mr. Radecki is responsible for Quality Control of CoStar's Global and U.S. Research Processes. Mr. Radecki is a key member of CoStar's mergers and acquisitions team throughout the purchase, integration and operation of U.S. firms such as Comps, Inc. in 2000 and two U.K. companies, FOCUS in 2003 and the Scottish Property Network the following year. He served in a number of financial and senior executive positions since joining CoStar Group in 1997. He served as an Executive Vice President of LoopNet, Inc. Mr. Radecki served as a Vice President of Research Operations of Costar Group Inc., since July 2006. Mr. Radecki has 13 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Information Systems and Process Improvement. He has been CoStar for nine years and served as its Director of Accounting and Finance, where he involved in every aspect of the accounting and finance functions in the U.S. and U.K. from internal audit, tax and budgeting to SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He served as an Integral Member of CoStar's IPO team, since 1998 and led the subsequent creation of an Internal Audit group, ensuring the integrity of all Financial reporting and internal controls for the newly public company. Mr. Radecki also played a key role in CoStar's follow-on public offering in 1999 that helped fund its global research expansion. Mr. Radecki served as a Chief Financial Officer for Comps, a subsidiary of CoStar from February 2000 to February 2001. Mr. Radecki served as an Accounting Manager of Axent Technologies Inc., (Axent). Mr. Radecki worked at Azerty Inc., and the public accounting firm, Lumsden & McCormick, LLP. Mr. Radecki served in responsible Accounting Management positions at Accent Technologies. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Rain King Software, Inc. Mr. Radecki holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a dual Degree in both Accounting and Finance from the University of New York at Buffalo.
