Mr. Eric C. Forman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Investment Analysis at CoStar. Mr. Forman has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. For the past 17 years, Mr. Forman and his team have provided expert software and services to more than 200 clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Mexico. He founded Resolve Technology, Inc., in 1990 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He participates directly in product research and development and has managed Resolve's leading technology through a variety of industry sea changes. Prior to launching Resolve, he worked in acquisitions and finance at the Krupp Realty Company, Prudential Securities Real Estate Investment Group and Guaranty Acceptance Credit Corporation. He holds an MBA from Boston University Graduate School of Management and BA in English from the University of Rochester.
