Mr. Frederick G. Saint, also known as Fred, serves as President of Loopnet at CoStar Group Inc. Mr. Saint is responsible for LoopNet's product, marketing and business development. Mr. Saint served as the Senior Vice President of Product and Business Development of LoopNet, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing and managing LoopNet's product roadmap, product management and business development efforts. Mr. Saint served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cityfeet.com Inc. from January 2004 to August 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer of Atlanta. He founded Cityfeet in 1999. He served as Vice President of LoopNet Business Development since August 2007. Mr. Saint has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. He began his career in real estate brokerage and investment working for Property Systems Corporation and Property Systems Land Corporation. He served as a Partner of Property Systems Corporation. He worked at Banc of America Securities in the Real Estate Finance Group. Mr. Saint holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University.
