What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonuses are the best by far

I have 24/7 access to a councilor through our resources for living. And how much they have impacted my life with the help they have provided. I also love how we are given such a low co pay and for some visits no copay at all.

I am taken care of before retirement and continue to after I retire with the AMAZING benefits Costco offers to all the employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our rates dont match inflation. If i hadnt been harassed out of a supervisor position by a corrupted manager, i wouldnt be making $22 an hour.
