Do not represent yourselves as TRAVEL. It is a third party booking service that has NO travel experience and the so departmentalized the right hand does not jnow what the left hand is doing. Missed a cruise. Called for assistance and bo one helped or I would have made my cruise. No one helped.
It has been very good
use caution when booking an NCL cruise. All Costco payments were made. Costco allows NCL to add amounts due after your final payment date, when the transaction is between the customer and NCL only.
It's has been a beautiful experience serving Costco guests,until the service Bill exceed over $40,000.00 then problems arise after staff/ driver's could not get paid.
I have work every heard and long for Costco travel ,which I loved it at that time and still can't get paid, over 40,000.00 with dropping and picking up members, all day here in Nassau Bahamas up today. And no one is responding or showing any accountable actions about my funds.
