Trying to please our guests and assure them to come back to the Bahamas

That I can perform my job at home and at the office for a week...I get the best of both worlds. And having the interactions with our members and my co-workers. And being able to be myself and not be judged for it.

What do you like best about your company?
That we strive to put our members first in all we do. And that they do there best in making sure we are all happy. And they did not lay off any one during the pandemic..this is something to be said for.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think that every area can always have room for growth. For the most part we are always improving better and better each day!
