What did you like most about the interview process?
Before every interview, I was provided with a list of what would be discussed. It made prepping for the interviews a breeze and way less nerve wracking.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More diversity in hiring loop
More prep, more rigor, clearer job descriptions and expectations, better communication from the recruiter. The interview process is messy, and it shows in the quality of hires.
