John McColl — Executive Vice President at Cousins Properties

Mr. John S. McColl has been an Executive Vice President of Cousins Properties Incorporated since December 2011. Mr. McColl manages development throughout the Southeast for Cousins and has been involved with Cousins??? most significant developments, including Terminus and Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta. He served as an Executive Vice President of Development, Office Leasing and Asset Management at Cousins Properties Inc. since February 2010 until December 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Office Division and Senior Vice President of Multi-Family Division at Cousins Properties Incorporated since May 1997 until February 2010. He managed a portfolio of secured office and industrial loans. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development and finance. He serves as Member of Advisory Group at Ironwood Insurance Services, LLC. He is a member of Leadership Atlanta's Class of 2001 and serves as a director for the Midtown Community Improvement District. He serves as a Director and Treasurer for Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers, chairman of the Atlanta Police Foundation, director and vice chairman of Georgians for Passenger Rail and an elder and member of First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. He serves on the Davidson College Board of Visitors and is a Director of the McColl Foundation. He served as Member of Advisory Board at SecurAmerica, LLC.
