Executive Bio
Mr. Mace Rosenstein has been employed at Covington & Burling in the position of a Partner in the firm's Washington office since March 2007. He is also co-chair of the firm's Communications and Media practice group. Mr. Rosenstein's practice focuses on broadcast station investments, transactions and regulation. He has experience in effectuating changes in FCC rules in order to facilitate creative business concepts and opportunities, both through waivers and in complex rulemaking proceedings before the FCC. He has assisted in structuring major acquisitions of broadcast properties, and has advised mutual fund managers, investment advisers, and other investors with respect to federal statutory and regulatory provisions pertaining to foreign ownership and multiple and cross-ownership of media properties. He ha held various positions including Program Director, Producer, and Program Host at radio stations in Boston, Chicago, and Washington, DC. He is a Member of Federal Communications Bar Association. Mr. Rosenstein earned a J.D. in 1984 from University of Chicago Law School and an A.B. in 1975 from Harvard University.
